These delicious chocolate-sweets with attractive colours are the result of a long making process. Nearly seven days are required to make a Riviera truffle. The first step consists of making the interior moulding of the hazelnut soft center.
Then comes the chocolate coating before the shapes are passed through a proofer to fix. Finally comes the final coating with fruit essential oils: Mandarin, Sicilia lemon, Raspberry, Blueberry. This unique coating with delicately frosted pastel colours gives a tasty touch to our sweets
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, hazelnuts paste (9%), glucose syrup, cocoa mass, sorbitol, arabic gum, rice and potato starch, emulsifiers (glycerol monostearate soya lecithin), salt, glazing agents (vegetable oils of coconut and rapeseed, carnauba wax), maltodextrins, spirulin, essentials oils of lemon from Sicilia and mandarin, vanilla flavouring, naturals flavourings, colours(E160a, E160c, E162).
