To make these delicious sparrow eggs, our artisan chocolate makers begin with the traditional roasting of the almonds which enable them to develop their (characteristic) aromatic essences.

Each almond is then enrobed in gianduja, a subtle mixture of milk chocolate and finely ground hazelnuts. Sugar coating, the last step before drying, will make the product crispy. Each artisan chocolate maker needs to take care of their sparrow eggs during 8 days to make them as crunchy and tender as possible, while respecting the ancestral know-how.

Ingredients: roasted almonds (16%), sugar, cocoa mass, hazelnut paste, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, arabic gum, rice and potato starch, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavourings, glazing agents (modified starch, glucose syrup, vegetable oil, carnauba wax, shellac, beeswax), colours (E153, E162, E172).
