Dragées making is an art and their preparation follows a very meticulous process which requires the dragées confectioner to be very skilled at each step. For these Mydorable Rainbow Confettis, after selecting the chocolate with a high percentage of cocoa comes the moulding.
Then, our artisan ladles the sugar syrup in the moving copper turbine. The enlargement requires 30 to 60 loads, depending on the desired thickness, to allow each layer of sugar to dry. Then comes the colouring which gives the chocolate bubbles this joyful rainbow aspect.

Ingredients: Chocolate 48% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa powder, vanillin), sugar, Arabic gum, rice and potato starch, glucose syrup, flavourings, glazing agents (carnaubawax, E904, bees wax), colours (see below).
