Exactly like the sea, which is sometimes heavy and stormy, sometimes calm and smooth, and which needed many years (or many tides) to make beautiful smooth and round pebbles, our artisan chocolate makers do respect a meticulous savoir-faire to make our Mydorable pebbles.
They have to complete several steps: delicate caramelization of almond nougatine, measuring caramel milk chocolate with a touch of Guérande fleur de sel, enrobing and sugar coating. The final touch brings this very specific aspect to our pebbles: one half is glazed and the other half has a glossy finish.
Minimum weight: 150g (Casual), 80g (Kraft)
Use by: minimum 3 months after delivery date.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole and skimmed milk powder, almond 8.5%, hazelnut paste, cocoa mass, caramel powder 3%, whey powder, lactose, emulsifier (soya lecithin), corn starch, acidity regulator: citric acid, arabic gum, rice and potato starch, glazing agents (carnauba wax, shellac, beewax), fleur de sel from Guérande (0.1%), flavourings, colours (E153, E160c, E162)
