Our dragées are handcrafted and respect traditional methods. They are the result of a long and meticulous process. The preparation goes through several stages: gumming of the inside (the almonds are completely coated with a gumming syrup), drying, enlargement (a sugar syrup is manually poured on the moving almonds), and then smoothing and colouring.
Each step is gently completed by our artisan dragées confectioner and requires to be skilled and conscientious so that the layers of sugar are crispy yet tender, thin and evenly distributed. Each dragée, smooth and delicious, is a true small jewel.

Ingredients: Almonds longuette 46%, sugar, rice and potato starch, arabic gum, glucose syrup, flavouring, colours E132 and E171.
