In a nod to the emblematic Mediterranean fruit, these chocolates are also made respecting traditional methods. Each almond is roasted to a core temperature in big copper cauldrons and over a low heat before being enrobed in 70% dark chocolate guaranteed without bitterness.
Then comes the smoothing of the olives to reach this perfect round shape and the glossy chocolate finish to get the green and black colours of our olives.

Use by: minimum 3 months after delivery date.
Ingredients: roasted almonds (20%), sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, hazelnut paste, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), arabic gum, vanillin, glazing agents (glucose syrup, vegetable oil, shellac), colours (E141, E153, E160c).
