How do I change my password?
Go to mydorable.com, then Login. In your account, click on Account Details, then change your password.

Oops, I’ve forgotten my password!
Go to mydorable.com, then Login. Click on ”Lost your password”. An email with all the details will be sent to you.

I can’t access my account, what should I do?
Drop us a line to hello@mydorable.com and explain us what your problem is.

I only want to receive one Box. Is this possible?
Yes it is. Indeed for the moment there is no subscription. You get the box once you paid on the website.

How do I unsubscribe?
For the moment you have to buy your box every month on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can either use your debit card or a paypal account. Please note that even though we use paypal as a payment gateway you do not need an account.

Where can I find my invoices?
You can see your invoices directly into your account on Mydorable (you need to be connected)

How can I track the delivery of my Box?
All the parcels are sent via royal mail. Hence we can’t track them. Allow some days for packing and post and if you don’t receive anything drop us an email at hello@mydorable.com

What are your delivery methods?
All the parcels are sent via royal mail

When will I receive my Box?
You receive your parcels 5-7 days after your purchase

I haven’t received my Box, what should I do?
If you’ve allowed the 5-7 working days, please drop us an email to hello@mydorable.com

Send us an email ASAP to hello@mydorable.com. We’ll try to do our best if the parcel has not been dispatched yet
